Dr. Mezey Zsuzsa

Dr. Mezey Zsuzsa is a highly experienced cardiologist and internal medicine specialist with more than 40 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Budapest University of Medicine in 1969 and later obtained specialist qualifications in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. During her career she worked at Szent István Hospital, where she established and led the Coronary Care Unit. In 2000 she was recognized as a European Cardiologist by the European Society of Cardiology. In 2007 she received certification in transthoracic echocardiography and also completed advanced cardiology training at Harvard Medical School. Throughout her professional career she has focused on comprehensive patient care, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, reduction of cardiovascular risk factors and long-term follow-up of cardiac patients. Her approach emphasizes holistic treatment and individualized patient management.
